Overview:
We were proud to partner with Proterra Properties on the Adobe Court project, delivering full site development services to prepare the land for vertical construction. Our team began by expertly balancing the site to ensure proper elevation and drainage, then moved into the installation of underground utilities and storm drainage systems. We followed with precise concrete flatwork, structural footings, and a carefully graded building pad tailored for future development. Through close coordination, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality work, we helped lay a strong and reliable foundation for the Adobe Court project’s next phase.
Challenges:
The Adobe Court project presented a unique challenge with an unusually rainy season impacting the timing and progress of underground utility installation. Persistent wet conditions created saturated soils and limited access, making excavation and trenching more difficult than usual. Despite the setbacks, our team remained proactive—adjusting schedules, implementing dewatering solutions, and coordinating closely with Proterra Properties to keep the project moving forward. Our ability to adapt to changing conditions while maintaining safety and quality standards played a key role in overcoming weather delays and successfully staying on track.
Completion:
This project was successfully completed on time and to a high standard. Our team delivered a fully balanced site, installed all underground utilities and storm drainage, and completed the concrete flatwork, footings, and building pad with precision. Through strong communication, flexibility, and a commitment to quality, we helped bring Proterra Properties’ vision for the site to life. The result is a fully prepared, build-ready site that supports long-term performance and sets the stage for future development.
