Overview:
We partnered with Mountain West on the Echo Suites project, transforming raw land into a fully developed site ready for vertical construction. Our scope included the installation of underground utilities, construction of a detention pond for stormwater management, and full site grading. We also completed a paved parking area and delivered a finished building pad specifically prepared for a future hotel. Through careful coordination, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, we provided Mountain West with a build-ready site that supports both functionality and long-term performance in 3 months.
Challenges:
This project presented a significant challenge in transforming raw property into a fully paved, functional surface in just three months. The tight timeline required efficient coordination across multiple phases, from site clearing and grading to the installation of underground utilities and stormwater management systems. By prioritizing critical tasks and maintaining clear communication with all parties involved, we were able to meet the deadline, delivering a smooth, paved surface on time and cured to withstand the upcoming Rocky Mountain winter.
Completion:
The Echo Suites project was successfully completed on an accelerated timeline, with all major site development milestones achieved in just three months. Our team installed and pressure-tested underground utilities to ensure full functionality and compliance, constructed a fully operational detention pond for stormwater management, and delivered a balanced and fine-graded site ready for vertical construction. We also completed a maintenance road for long-term site access, poured building footings, and prepared a stable, precisely graded building pad tailored for hotel development. The project was a strong example of efficient planning, tight coordination, and execution without compromising quality.
