Overview:
We partnered on the Falcon View Apartments development to deliver critical civil sitework supporting the construction of this multi-family community. Our scope included mass earthwork, curb & gutter, sidewalks, and asphalt paving—laying the foundation for safe, accessible, and visually cohesive exterior spaces. From grading the initial site to the final stretch of asphalt, our team ensured every detail was aligned with both performance standards and long-term durability.
Challenges:
The project required careful coordination across multiple building pads and access routes, each with tight sequencing and elevation requirements. Maintaining drainage flow, traffic patterns, and form continuity across such a large site demanded meticulous layout and consistent communication with other trades. Our team managed evolving site conditions while sequencing earthwork and flatwork in phases that kept progress steady and minimized rework.
Completion:
With precise grading, clean concrete edges, and a smooth, well-drained paving surface, our work at Falcon View helped bring the entire development together. The finished sidewalks and drive lanes offer safe pedestrian and vehicle access throughout the community, while our curb & gutter installations define clean boundaries and stormwater flow. Through efficiency, communication, and attention to quality, we delivered a polished exterior that supports both function and curb appeal for residents and property managers alike.
