Overview:
The ISBID Parking Expansion at Interquest and Voyager was designed to increase vehicle capacity and enhance traffic flow for a high-traffic commercial corridor. Our team delivered a full suite of civil services including earthwork, sidewalk installation, curb & gutter, asphalt paving, striping & signage, site lighting, and ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps. A standout feature of this project was a custom roundabout, completed with decorative stamped and stained concrete—bringing both functionality and a visual upgrade to the site.
Challenges:
With active businesses nearby and heavy commuter traffic surrounding the site, careful staging and coordination were essential to avoid disruptions. The decorative roundabout required a higher level of craftsmanship and timing—combining formwork, stamping, staining, and traffic management in a tight window. Our team also had to ensure ADA ramps and pedestrian routes aligned with existing infrastructure while meeting slope and elevation requirements. Frequent collaboration with project managers and municipal inspectors helped keep the project on schedule and within spec.
Completion:
The completed expansion features smooth asphalt paving, clear directional signage, efficient lighting, and well-executed pedestrian access points that meet all accessibility standards. The decorative roundabout adds a unique design element to the development while improving traffic circulation and safety. Our team’s ability to deliver both the technical and aesthetic elements of the project with precision helped elevate the overall functionality and curb appeal of the site. From grading to the final stripe, this project reflects our commitment to quality, coordination, and long-term performance.
