Overview:
At Crowne Rio Vista, a higher-end multi-family development, we were brought in to complete a full range of hardscape and access-focused concrete and paving work. Our scope included sidewalks, curb & gutter, cross pans, valley pans, paving, striping and signage, stairways, and fully ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps. Designed with both function and form in mind, our work helped shape the daily experience of residents—creating safe, accessible pathways and clean, well-organized traffic flow throughout the property.
Challenges:
With multiple trades working across a large, active jobsite, our team had to coordinate carefully to avoid conflicts and maintain project momentum. The design required exact elevations and tie-ins between stairways, ramps, and adjacent flatwork to meet ADA regulations without sacrificing visual consistency. Tight tolerances for slopes and transitions made layout and forming especially critical. We leaned into our team’s experience and attention to detail to sequence pours efficiently while ensuring every finish met spec, code, and aesthetic expectations.
Completion:
From the first curb pour to the final stripe of paint, our work at Crowne Rio Vista was all about precision, accessibility, and flow. We delivered a clean, cohesive hardscape system that supports pedestrian safety, clear wayfinding, and long-term durability. The combination of flatwork, ramps, signage, and stairs integrates seamlessly into the community’s layout—enhancing both functionality and curb appeal. With careful execution and a commitment to quality, our team helped elevate the resident experience from the ground up.
