Overview:
For the Novak Business Park redevelopment, we were brought in to perform a full scope of exterior concrete and asphalt work aimed at modernizing the site and improving functionality. Our team handled flatwork demolition, concrete prep, and the installation of new sidewalks, curb & gutter, and a trash enclosure. We also completed paving throughout the site to ensure smooth, durable access for both tenants and visitors. The upgrades helped enhance traffic flow, improve curb appeal, and support ongoing business operations across the park.
Challenges:
As an active business park, maintaining site access and minimizing disruption to tenants during construction was a top priority.
