Overview:
We were contracted to provide full civil site development services for a dual commercial build featuring a new Panera location and an adjacent dental clinic. Our scope included excavation, earthwork, curb & gutter, sidewalk installation, and asphalt paving. From rough grade to final surface, we helped shape a clean, accessible site that supports steady customer traffic and long-term durability for both businesses.
Challenges:
Coordinating work across two combined buildings required careful phasing and layout precision to meet varying timelines and utility needs. With multiple subcontractors on site and shared access points, communication and flexibility were key to maintaining steady progress. Our team navigated tight staging areas and adapted to evolving schedules while ensuring concrete and paving work tied in seamlessly across the property.
